the location was excellent and close to the center, parc, market. the hotel and the room were very nice. breakfast had local products like tomato, cheese, jamon and choriso.
the rooms need refurbishment. they are worn out and look horrible. the lobby area, restaurant and garden were all fine but the bar could be more sexy.

I found the staff friendly. They were helpful and kind, which gave us a wonderful experience. The beautiful room and terrace was spacious. I also enjoyed using the spa facilities to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The gym is a bit small and has limited equipment, which wasn't ideal for a full workout.

the spa felt very small, and the terrace and balconies had quite a few flies. it was difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces due to this.
